The concert venue was amazing and super organized, loved the vibe there! The room was spacious and clean with a nice view. Staff were really friendly too. Just wish the AC had worked better since it felt a bit too warm at night. the charges for the coffee and mini bar were a bit much for what we used.

Despite the high room prices, the new Earth Tower was impressive and well-maintained. I enjoyed the modern amenities and the luxurious feel of the room. I'll recommend this hotel.

the entire resort is super clean and the rooms were spotless. location is convenient to their winter parking lot and only a 2 minute walk to the waterfall area which is pretty much the middle of it all. i enjoyed having a glass of wine outside at the fire pit by the hotel lobby bar. the staff at the concert went so far above and beyond - they deserve a raise or promotion.

our experience at mohegan sun was amazing. we were greeted promptly and received excellent service from the staff. the facility was exceptionally clean and beautiful, with a large quantity and quality of amenities and activities. the room was comfortable and had a gorgeous view of the river. the staff, including the customer service reps, front desk, pool assistants, and pool bar attendants, were all friendly and helpful. we had a great time dining, shopping, and being entertained at the events on the property. overall, we would highly recommend mohegan sun for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful hotel in Uncasville. The King suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our 2-night work convention. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The on-site restaurants were top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel's amenities, like the indoor swimming pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to our overall enjoyment.
That the prices for rooms and show tickets were on the higher side.
